At the end of each year, St. Paul’s rector, treasurer, and wardens present the progress, finances, programs, services, and business activities from the past year. The Open Town Hall that follows the Church business, parishioners, join in discussing the past year’s activities and work together to suggest new opportunities for the year to come.
